Equipping You for Your Future with Internal Coach Training

Organisations today, more than ever before, need the skills and principles of coaching in order to develop a culture that is inclusive, accountable, innovative and agile. Organisations with these qualities are better able to handle the complexity and speed of change of today’s business environment. Research clearly indicates that organisations with coaching capability and culture are more likely to be high performing, more equipped to handle change and experience better financial performance and growth than other organisations within their industry sector.

A Flexible Approach

Our flexible approach offers three programmes in one, depending upon the wants and needs of the individual. The modules provide training in all aspects of the latest 8 core Coaching Competencies by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world’s largest professional body for coaching. The learning advances and is deepened incrementally as the programme progresses and provides participants with concepts, tools and techniques from the fields of management and leadership development, positive psychology, advanced communication skills and personal effectiveness to offer a powerful, high quality learning experience.

Organisations that successfully build and leverage a strong coaching culture use a combination of three modalities:

  1. External professional coaches
  2. Internal coaches
  3. Managers and leaders using coaching skills

Research by the International Coaching Federation clearly indicates that the coaching skills applied by internal coaches, managers and leaders have maximum positive impact when they have received accredited training.

This programme offers ICF Accredited training for internal coaches, managers and leaders within organisations in a flexible, modular way so that each individual receives the amount and type of training required for their role within the workplace.

This programme is fully tailored to provide the right amount and depth of training that each individual needs as follows:

Full Programme

Completing all three modules takes the individual from understanding the science of coaching to bringing greater depth of coaching skill and presence with their coachees. At this stage, the coach begins to learn the shift from science to art as they develop deeper awareness and understanding of what it takes to be a great coach. This programme is aimed at those individuals who are internal coaches or who have coaching as a significant part of their role. This complete programme offers 76.25 ICF Accredited Coach-Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) and provides sufficient hours for the training element of an ICF ACC Credential application, should the individual wish to pursue that as part of their development.
