Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers (all programmes)
If Tracy Sinclair Limited cancels your programme you will be offered to transfer to a subsequent programme cohort if available. If this is not convenient or acceptable your fee will be refunded in full.
Refunds and Cancellation Charges
Please choose carefully. All requests for cancellation must be confirmed in writing. For cancellation requests received more than 30-days prior to the start of the programme, full fees paid to date will be refunded less the deposit of £250 (plus VAT if applicable). For cancellation requests received between 15 and 30-days prior to the start of the programme, 50% of the fees will be refunded. For cancellation requests received less than 15-days before the start of the programme, or if a participant fails to attend, all of the course fees paid will be forfeited.
Deposit only paid
Programme deposits of £250 (plus VAT if applicable) are non-refundable.
Transfers to other programmes or cohorts may be organised. If a transfer is required due to a change in your circumstances, Tracy Sinclair Limited will make every effort to arrange an alternative programme or cohort for you, if available and if appropriate for your development requirements. You must provide notice in writing at least 5 working days prior to commencement of the programme for which you are registered. A programme transfer fee of £150 (plus VAT if applicable) will apply to all transfer requests. If the transfer option is not utilised, the cancellation terms will apply.
