Payment of Tuition Fees

Company-funded

  • Company funded payments are invoiced in full upon confirmation of programme registration and receipt of a Purchase Order (if applicable).
  • Purchase Orders need to be raised at least 60-days prior to the commencement of a programme or service.
  • Payment terms for invoices are 30-days or immediately on invoice if registration falls within 30-days of the start of the programme.
  • Instalment options are not available for Company-Funded students.

Self-funded

Please see below the relevant terms and conditions that apply for self-funding students for each training programme.

Payment by Instalments

Payment by instalments for self-funding students is possible upon request for some of our programmes. Please contact us to discuss if instalment options are available for your programme. However, our usual terms are that full payment for a programme is required 30-days prior to the start of the programme. For registrations within 60-days of a programme start date, the instalment option may therefore not be feasible, unless special circumstances prevail.

The Science and Art Coaching Programme (S&A):

Payment of Tuition Fees – Self-funded

The payment options offered are as below:

  1. Payment in full upon registration.
  2. Payment of a £250 (plus VAT if applicable) deposit upon registration and the balance payable 30-days prior to the start of the programme.
  3. Payment of a £250 (plus VAT if applicable) deposit upon registration followed by instalments is an option upon request.

Payment may be made by direct bank transfer or by credit card. Please confirm the payment option chosen when submitting your completed Registration Form.

The Art and Alchemy of Coaching Programme (A&A):

Payment of Tuition Fees – Self-funded

The payment options offered are as below:

  1. Payment in full upon registration.
  2. Payment of a £250 (plus VAT if applicable) deposit upon registration and the balance payable 30-days prior to the start of the programme.
  3. Payment of a £250 (plus VAT if applicable) deposit upon registration followed by instalments is an option upon request.

Mentor Coaching Group Programme (MCG):

Payment of Tuition Fees – Self-funded

The payment options offered are as below:

  1. Payment in full upon registration.
  2. Payment of a £250 (plus VAT if applicable) deposit upon registration and the balance payable 30-days prior to the start of the programme.
  3. Payment of a £250 (plus VAT if applicable) deposit upon registration followed by instalments is an option upon request.

Payment may be made by direct bank transfer or by credit card. Please confirm the payment option chosen when submitting your completed Registration Form.

New Core Competencies Programme (NCC):

Payment of Tuition Fees – Self-funded

Fees are settled in full in a single payment.​

Payment may be made by direct bank transfer or by credit card.

Mentor Coach Training Programme (MCT):

Payment of Tuition Fees – Self-funded

  3. Payment of a £250 (plus VAT if applicable) deposit upon registration followed by instalments is an option upon request.

Payment of Tuition Fees – Self-funded

  1. Payment in full upon registration for all sessions offered that year
  2. Payment session by session
