Pirjo Puhakka, PCC is a coach with Coach Advancement.

Pirjo is an executive and leadership coach with over twenty years of experience in leadership development. She has coached hundreds of managers and leaders from a wide variety of private, public, and non-profit fields, to grow and succeed as leaders, and to find their fullest potential. When coaching, Pirjo draws from an eclectic toolbox, having special interest in using creative methods and systemic approach. 

Pirjo holds credentials as a Master Practitioner Coach by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also an EMCC Accredited Coach Supervisor (ESIA). Pirjo holds three Masters’ degrees: MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, MBA from Henley Business School, and Master of Laws. Besides coaching, Pirjo supports the growth of other coaches as a coach supervisor, coach mentor and coach trainer.

Pirjo is located in Helsinki, Finland, and offers 1-1 coaching face-to-face or virtually, both in English and in Finnish.
