Mary Farebrother, PCC is a coach supervisor and coach with Coach Advancement.

Mary has been coaching in a wide variety of industry and charitable sectors for over fifteen years and is also a qualified Coach Supervisor. She graduated as a scientist and began her career in the pharmaceutical industry, developing and marketing new products for markets worldwide. Working with and leading international teams in Wellcome drew her into executive development and talent management, working with senior and high potential managers and attaining an MSc in Management Development. She moved to London Business School to direct leadership programmes for international corporate clients. Witnessing the powerful impact of coaching on learning and growth she trained as a coach. Mary works alongside her coaching clients as a thinking partner, helping them hone their leadership skills and be at their best. She strongly believes in the power of the coaching relationship to uncover the self-insight that leads to learning, growth and change.
