Liz Wilson, PCC

Liz Wilson, PCC is a mentor coach, coach supervisor and coach with Coach Advancement.

Liz is an experienced coach, coach mentor, coach supervisor and facilitator. She specialises in coaching individuals through life changes. She works with students, new and experienced coaches as coach mentor and supervisor to support and challenge them as they grow and develop their careers. She is also passionate about accessing mentoring and supervision as dynamic ways to raise and sustain professional standards and ethics within the coaching profession. She supports coaches to attain ACC and PCC credentials with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She also works with younger people building esteem and confidence to build leaders of the future.

During her 20 year long career as a coach, Liz has tutored on several coach training programmes, both open and inhouse. As Head of Mentoring for Coaching and Mentoring International, she trained coaches as well as co-ordinating the mentoring faculty. Liz also was on the faculty of Heidrick and Struggles coach training programme, training and mentoring in-house coaches within British Telecom and Aviva. 

Liz is co-author of a coaching best-seller, Emotional Intelligence Coaching, published by Kogan Page and now translated into nine languages.
