George M. Nuthu, PCC

George Nuthu is a coach with Coach Advancement.

George is an executive and leadership coach with more than 10 years of experience. His mission is to inspire and influence leaders to discover their potential, draw out their passion, develop their proficiency and demonstrate their highest performance so that their teams drive productivity. 

He has coached and trained more than 300 C-suite and senior leaders, online and in-person from North America, Europe, Africa, South-East Asia and the Middle East. His cross-cultural coaching and training have included leadership development, talent acceleration, transition into leadership, teamwork, and performance management. 

George is to co-founder and co-director of B&G Consultants Ltd., Director of Education of B&G Coaching Centre and Chief Examiner of the Certified Professional Coach course of CDI-Africa Coaching Group. He has served as a Global Associate Trainer and Coach with JAS Leadership (USA), Vista Global Coaching & Consulting (USA), NIIT (India), and Cirrus (Australia/UK). An active volunteer with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), George was a member of the ICF Core Values Task Force (2020/1), Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Task Force (2020/21), Code of Ethics Review Team member (2018/9) and Chair of the Dispute Resolution Panel (2020-2022). Currently, he is an Advisory Council member to the ICF Professional Coaches Vice President. 

Since 2018, he has been a credentialed ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and certified as a Certified Group and Team Coach of CDI-Africa in Kenya and holds a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching of the UK and Certified Leadership Coach of Lifeforming Leadership Coaching of USA. George is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
