Fiona Fraser, PCC is a coach and programme facilitator with Coach Advancement.

Fiona is a global leadership coach with more than ten years of experience working with individuals and teams. She has worked in more than 30 countries with leaders from industries including finance, mining, retail, leisure and pharmaceuticals. She is also committed to several coaching projects with non-profit organizations throughout Latin America. Fiona is passionate about training leaders in organizations to develop the coaching skills necessary to accompany their teams and has worked on a variety of leadership training programs worldwide.

For the past seven years, Fiona has been invited to be a facilitator for the World Business Executive Coaching Summit (WBECS). She is a former president of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Chile Chapter and has been a mentor for the certification programme in Conversational Intelligence® from the We Institute New York.,

Fiona is originally from Scotland, however has lived for the past 20 years in Chile. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
