Dominika Pogorzelska is a coach with Coach Advancement.

Dominika is also a leadership and relationship systems coach (CPCC, ORSC) and a strategic HR consultant. She has 16 years of experience coaching corporate leaders through their professional and personal challenges. Prior to focusing on her coaching career, she spent 12 years in the corporate HR environment. She is a coach mentor and holds a PCC credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

As a coach and facilitator, Dominika is focused on systemic coaching and workplace culture development, helping her clients create an impact and new ways to lead and work. She will help you access your leadership potential, strengthen relationships and build confidence.
